What we do
We carry out action-oriented and policy-oriented research, capacity-building and knowledge dissemination activities seeking to contribute to the consolidation of inclusive, participatory and sustainable development alternatives.
We develop our work through participatory methodologies and through co-construction with the partners, stakeholders and target-groups with whom we work.
Over the years, A3S has focused on building flexible solutions, adapted to the identified needs and requests, on the participation of stakeholders and on the guidance for results with goals of continuous improvement of the organisational, community and individual performances.

Our activity focuses on the empowerment of individuals (leaders, volunteers, workers, target audiences) and organisations of social and solidarity economy, as well as the general population. We promote reflection, debate and citizen mobilisation, facilitate networking and act as an enabler of social transformation.
A3S has the status of Non-Governmental Development Organization (NGDO) and is a certified trainer by DGERT- General Directorate for Employment and Labour Relations.
In fulfilling its mission, A3S has developed a diverse set of activities and services, which correspond to three main lines of intervention.
