The project AMTCC - Apprentissage en Milieu de Travail des Compétences Clés is based on the European Directive that identifies 8 key competences that are absolutely necessary for any European citizen to find a job and be socially included.
Funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, the project is run by European partners: CHANTIER ÉCOLE (French National network of learning social enterprises, Paris), GALILEO PROGETTI Nonprofit Ltd. (Hungarian Social Enterprise), RES (Belgian network of social enterprises, Liege) and A3S (Portuguese association, Porto).
Each involves a national network of social enterprises, in their countries, to share and exchange best practices to improve competences on the job in order to integrate vulnerable people.
As part of the project, partner A3S (Portugal) is hosting 5 best practice workshops, in January 2021, showcasing various approaches from the organisations in their network.
